Privacy

Short version: this site collects an email address, and only if you type one in. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no third-party tracker and no cookie set by us. Nothing is sold or rented to anybody, ever.

What is collected, and when

• If you ask for the free field sheet: your email address, and the date you asked. That is the whole record.
• If you buy: Stripe collects and processes your payment details on its own systems and sends us your email address, your name if you gave one, and the amount and date of the purchase. We never see your card number and it is never stored here.
• If you write to us: whatever is in your email, kept as long as it takes to sort the thing out.

The site itself sets no cookies. Your browser keeps two small local flags — whether you already left your email, and whether the pop-up has already been shown this session — so that you are not asked twice. Those never leave your device and are not sent anywhere.

What it is used for

• Delivering the file you asked for or paid for.
• A short follow-up sequence of a few emails about the same subject: what a dissolved surface looks like, the ground that carries these stones, and an honest account of who the book is not for. Every one of them has an unsubscribe link, one click, no questions.
• Answering you if you write.
• Counting, in aggregate, how many people asked for the sheet and how many bought — totals only, never a profile of anybody.

Your email is never used for anything unrelated, and never for another product, another site or another business.

Who else touches it

• Stripe — payment processing. Its own privacy policy governs what it holds.
• Brevo — sends the delivery emails and the follow-up sequence, and stores the list.
• Netlify — hosts this site and its server-side functions, and keeps standard server logs.

Those three are processors doing a job for us. Nobody else receives your address. There are no affiliates, no data brokers and no list rental.

How long it is kept

Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. An email on the list stays until you unsubscribe or ask for it to be deleted, at which point it goes.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email in one click. To see what is held about you, correct it, or have it erased, write to mysteriesmediallc@gmail.com and it is done within thirty days — sooner in practice. No account is needed and no reason is required.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and no address is knowingly collected from one. If you believe a child has left an address here, write and it will be deleted.

Security, honestly stated

Everything is served over HTTPS and payment data never reaches this site. No system is perfectly secure, and this one holds almost nothing worth stealing: an email address and a purchase date.

Changes and contact
